Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original designer pouch and box, ensuring it is safely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
